Pricing questions

What counts as a minute?
Every minute your AI receptionist is actively on a call counts toward your plan. Spam calls are automatically blocked and do not count.
What happens if I go over my minutes?
Overages are billed at $0.15/min at the end of the month. You'll always be notified if you're approaching your limit so there are no surprises.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, anytime. If your call volume grows and you need more coverage, upgrading takes 24 hours. Downgrading takes effect at your next billing cycle.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees on any plan. What you see is what you pay.
Do you offer annual billing?
We're working on it. Right now all plans are billed month-to-month with no contracts. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
What's the difference between Starter and Business?
Starter covers you after hours and on weekends — great if your team handles calls during the day. Business adds all-day overflow coverage with a 20-second ring timeout, so Alex catches any call your team misses during business hours too.
